Has a deep purple color, flavors of cherries and plums, with a spicy finish. Produced from a 55% /45% blend of Xynomavro and Syrah.

This blend of Xynomavro and Syrah matures in oak barrels for six months. A robust, elegant red with cherry, plum and currant flavors, it pairs perfectly with roasted or grilled meats, mature hard cheeses, and pasta with red sauces.
